Not all of us are able to get down and up from the ground, so I have modified the chest press exercise so that anyone will be able to exercise the Pectoralis Major (1) anywhere and seated. You can use any strength of resistance band according to how strong you are or you can start with an easy resistance band and work your way up to one which are more difficult. Give yourself time to progress.
