Meal plan – 1500 calories

Firstly, I am not a qualified nutritionist but self taught. This is a meal plan which consists of 1500 calories, which are the minimum that a human being should consume per day in order for organs to function properly and to have enough energy. This meal plan also consists of 118g of carbs, 75g of fat & 70g of protein for the whole day’s food consumption.

Breakfast: Cranberry brown bread of Sasko (1 slice) topped with 5g (1 teaspoon) of margarine and 1 hard boiled egg.

Morning snack: 4 Provitas with 1 medium carrot (raw)

Lunch: 1 can of tuna in water, drained. Mix in 25g of chutney (1-2 tablespoons), and 105g of chopped lettuce. Serve with 1 slice of cranberry brown bread of Sasko.

Afternoon snack: 1 medium apple topped with 1 tablespoon of unsalted, sugarless peanut butter.

Dinner: 175g of cooked pasta with 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a quarter chopped onion and 50g of cooked ground beef (beef mince).
